9:00am - Opening Ceremony: Setting the Intention - 45 mins.
9:45 am - Divine Feminine Meditation & frequency healing circle - 45 mins
10:30 am - Tea & healthy treats.
11.00 am - Know Yourself Core Beliefs Workshop- 1 hour
12:00 pm - Calming the Mind with Movement - Tia chi - 45 mins.
1:00 pm - Lunch
